Thus, there’s a certain amount of customization required for this framework to apply to your specific business or organization.

If you’re involved in hiring or managing staff members at your organization, this is some valuable information. But what if this framework applies to more than just businesses and employees? What if it applies to churches and their congregations as well?

What if there are separate basics and motivating factors that play into your church? Could it be that you’re focusing all of your energy on the basics and ignoring the motivators, causing people to be merely not dissatisfied with your church?
